Speaker Booking Agreement.

Speaker will customize the program in reasonable consultation with Client, based on a pre-event discovery call scheduled at least two (2) weeks prior to the Event Date.

Client shall pay Speaker a fee of $_____________, payable 50% upon execution of this Agreement and 50% within fifteen (15) days after the Event Date.

Client shall provide or reimburse (a) round-trip business-class or premium-economy transportation for engagements requiring flights over four hours; (b) one night of lodging at a full-service business hotel per event day, plus arrival night; (c) reasonable ground transportation; and (d) per diem for meals at the standard federal rate.

Client may record the program for internal replay only. Any public distribution — website, podcast, social media clips, or press — requires Speaker's written pre-approval and a separate media grant.

Cancellation more than 60 days before the Event Date: 25% of the Speaker Fee is retained. 30–60 days: 50%. Fewer than 30 days: 100% of the Speaker Fee, plus non-refundable travel expenses.

If either party is prevented from performing by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including public health orders, severe weather, or venue-related closures), the parties will cooperate in good faith to reschedule the program to a mutually acceptable date within twelve (12) months.

Client shall use the official Speaker introduction and biography provided by Speaker, without material modification. The most current versions are available at hlp-advisory.com/press.

Client may use Speaker's approved photograph, biography, and Event promotional copy for marketing the specific Event referenced herein. Use of Speaker's name, likeness, or materials for any other purpose requires separate written consent.

Speaker performs services as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.

This Agreement, together with the attached AV Requirements Rider, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Event.
